Job Description:
- Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist with daily office routines.
- Handle basic bookkeeping, record keeping, and inventory support.
- Greet visitors and provide friendly customer service..
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Salary
