Job Description:
We are seeking a target-driven and customer-centric Retail Sales & Inventory Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary link between our product offerings and our customers' needs. You are responsible for not only meeting aggressive sales targets but also ensuring that the "shop floor" is always ready for business through diligent stock management. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of our product features with a cooperative, problem-solving approach to customer service.
Requirements:
1. Sales Execution & Target Achievement
Revenue Ownership: Take full responsibility for meeting and exceeding agreed-upon monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Consultative Selling: Actively listen to customer needs and problems, providing tailored product recommendations that match their specific requirements.
Product Mastery: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, features, and technical specifications to provide expert advice on the shop floor.
2. Customer Experience & Pricing
Value Delivery: Consistently deliver the shop’s unique value propositions and pricing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
Cooperative Service: Handle customer inquiries with a helpful and cooperative attitude, ensuring a seamless journey from entry to checkout.
3. Inventory & Systems Management
Stock Optimization: Regularly review stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent "out-of-stock" scenarios.
RMS Proficiency: Efficiently utilize the Retail Management System (RMS) interface for transactions, stock tracking, and customer data entry.
Merchandising: Assist in ensuring products are displayed effectively and prices are clearly marked in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Technical Skills
Systems: Proficiency in using Retail Management Systems (RMS) or similar Point of Sale (POS) software.
Product Literacy: Ability to quickly memorize and articulate complex product features and benefits.
Core Competencies
Target-Oriented: A proven ability to work under pressure to achieve specific sales benchmarks.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and "cooperative" problem-solving.
Detail-Oriented: Sharp focus on stock levels and inventory accuracy.
