Job Description:
- Value/Volume - Total secondary sales of All SKUs from distributor to outlets.
- Outlet Productivity - The number of outlets that have been invoiced (positive net sales) at least once a month. Outlet productivity" is a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) used in sales to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of distribution channels or outlets in selling products or services. It typically assesses the performance of retail.
- Call Productivity - Productive calls vs. Scheduled calls. Call productivity measures the efficiency and effectiveness of sales representatives in making calls to retailers. It typically refers to the number of hit calls made within a specific period, such as a day, week, or month.
- Lines Per Call (LPC) - LPC measures the Number of unique SKUs per invoice. The metric measures the effectiveness of a sales representative in upselling or cross-selling additional products.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in any discipline
- Proven sales experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
- Ability to drive a van with a valid driver’s license is mandatory
