Requirements:
1. Holistic Financial Advisory
Portfolio Management: Consult with clients to identify their unique needs and recommend tailored solutions across life, general, and special risk insurance.
Wealth Creation: Promote investment-linked products to help clients achieve long-term financial stability and growth.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate client profiles to provide accurate advice on risk mitigation and coverage options.
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
Lead Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients and corporate entities to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
Relationship Management: Maintain high-touch engagement with existing clients to ensure retention and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Brand Representation: Uphold the prestige of the AXA Mansard brand through professional conduct and expert market knowledge.
3. Performance & Productivity
Target Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas to drive organizational productivity and maximize your personal earnings.
Continuous Learning: Participate in comprehensive induction and ongoing sales training to stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of HND in any discipline.
Age: Minimum of 25 years.
Experience: Relevant sales experience is required. Experience within the Financial Sector (Banking, Insurance, or Pension) is a significant advantage.
Residency: Must reside within the following locations:
Lagos: (Festac, Apapa, Yaba, Ogba, Ikeja, Obalende, Onikan, Lekki, Fadeyi, Bariga, Gbagada).
Regional Hubs: Port Harcourt, Enugu, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Benin, Garki (Abuja), Uyo, or Ilorin.
Core Competencies
Communication IQ: Exceptional verbal and written skills to simplify complex financial products for clients.
Resilience: A "can-do" attitude with the grit to handle objections and close deals in a competitive environment.
