Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performance Sales Representative to drive market share and brand dominance within an assigned territory. In the fast-moving world of cosmetics, visibility is everything. You will be responsible for ensuring our products aren't just on the shelves, but are the first choice for distributors and retailers alike.

This role is for a "hunter"—someone who enjoys the challenge of hitting aggressive targets, building unshakeable relationships with distributors, and outmaneuvering the competition. If you have a background in FMCG, particularly in the beauty sector, and the negotiation skills to close high-volume deals, we want you to lead our expansion.

Requirements:

1. Territory Dominance & Sales Execution

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas through aggressive territory management.

  • Redistribution & Penetration: Drive product availability in both open markets and modern trade outlets, ensuring maximum market reach.

  • Account Management: Develop and nurture a robust network of distributors and wholesalers to ensure a steady supply chain.

2. Market Intelligence & Visibility

  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor rival cosmetic brands, tracking their pricing, promotional activities, and new product launches to stay ahead.

  • Merchandising Excellence: Ensure premium product visibility and "eye-level" placement in retail outlets.

  • Strategic Reporting: Prepare data-driven reports that provide management with a clear picture of field performance and market trends.

3. Relationship Engineering & Negotiation

  • Distributor Loyalty: Act as a strategic partner to our distributors, helping them optimize their stock levels and sell-through rates.

  • Closer Mindset: Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure larger orders and preferred placement within retail environments.

  • Self-Governance: Operate with high autonomy, managing your daily schedule and route plans with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of field sales experience. Experience in the FMCG (Cosmetics) sector is a significant advantage.

  • Local IQ: Must reside in or be deeply familiar with the assigned location to navigate local trade dynamics effectively.
