Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented IT Infrastructure Sales Executive to accelerate our market presence and drive revenue growth. In this role, you won't just be "selling hardware"; you will be a strategic partner to Enterprise and SME clients, helping them architect the digital foundations of their businesses. From Cloud migrations and Networking to Data Center security and Server optimization, you will identify pain points and pitch high-impact infrastructure solutions. If you have a proven ability to close B2B technology deals and can translate complex specs into business value, we want you to lead our sales front.

Requirements:

1. Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Opportunity Hunting: Proactively identify and qualify new leads within the Enterprise and SME sectors for IT infrastructure and managed services.

  • Solution Pitching: Lead high-level discovery sessions to understand client technology landscapes and propose tailored infrastructure roadmaps.

  • Competitive Positioning: Stay ahead of industry trends to position our networking, cloud, and security offerings as superior to market alternatives.

2. Technical & Commercial Proposal Mastery

  • Solution Architecture: Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to prepare technical proposals that address specific client bottlenecks (e.g., latency, scalability, or security).

  • Commercial Negotiation: Navigate complex B2B procurement processes, managing objections and negotiating terms that ensure high-value closures.

  • Tailored Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations that align infrastructure performance with the client’s ROI and business growth.

3. Pipeline Governance & Relationship Management

  • CRM Management: Rigorously track sales activities and manage the pipeline to ensure accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.

  • Account Stewardship: Build "trusted advisor" relationships with CIOs, IT Managers, and procurement heads to ensure long-term account retention and upselling.

  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular data-driven reports on sales KPIs, market feedback, and territory growth progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of successful B2B sales experience, specifically within IT Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking) or enterprise tech solutions.

  • Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of the hardware/software stack, including Cloud environments (AWS/Azure), Cisco/Juniper networking, and Cybersecurity frameworks.

Core Competencies

  • Consultative Selling: Ability to sell solutions based on business outcomes rather than just features.

  • Negotiation Grit: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle high-stakes corporate contracts.
