Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Supply Sales Representative to lead sales and operational excellence at our AGO (Automotive Gas Oil) station. This is a high-responsibility role where you serve as the critical link between our energy products and our industrial and commercial clients.

You will be responsible for more than just transactions; you will manage high-value inventory, oversee safety-critical fueling operations, and build the customer relationships that drive our repeat business. Requirements:

1. High-Value Sales & Relationship Management

  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with B2B and B2C customers to identify their fuel requirements and provide technical product information.

  • Transaction Integrity: Process sales transactions with 100% accuracy, ensuring efficient throughput during peak hours.

  • Account Growth: Build and maintain a loyal customer base by providing exceptional service and following up on large-scale fuel needs.

2. Inventory Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Precision Inventory: Track and manage AGO stock levels, ensuring the station is never "dry" by coordinating timely deliveries with suppliers.

  • Stock Auditing: Lead regular stock counts and maintain meticulous records to prevent shrinkage and ensure financial reconciliation.

  • Maintenance & Organization: Ensure the sales and storage areas are clean, organized, and reflect the professional standards of the brand.

3. Compliance & Safety Leadership

  • Protocol Adherence: Execute all fueling and storage tasks in strict accordance with company safety policies and environmental standards.

  • Hazard Mitigation: Conduct daily safety inspections of pumps and storage tanks, reporting and addressing hazards immediately to prevent incidents.

  • Regulatory Reporting: Prepare accurate daily sales reports and environmental compliance documentation as required by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, inventory management, or the downstream oil and gas sector is highly preferred.

  • Competencies: Strong numerical skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory reconciliation.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers.
