Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to lead our customer acquisition efforts on the front lines. In this role, you will be more than just a salesperson—you will be a territory "owner." Your mission is to identify high-potential customers, pitch our value-driven products and services, and turn prospects into loyal clients. Requirements:

1. Customer Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Direct Sales Lead: Actively scout, pitch, and close sales opportunities to grow the customer base within your assigned territory.

  • Seamless Onboarding: Guide new customers through the initial signup and setup process, ensuring a high-quality first experience with our brand.

  • Product Advocacy: Become an expert in our product ecosystem, effectively communicating technical features and benefits to diverse audiences.

2. Territory Growth & Performance

  • Target Mastery: Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through disciplined field activity.

  • Territory Strategy: Map out your assigned location to identify untapped opportunities and optimize your daily route for maximum client engagement.

  • Competitor Intelligence: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management to help refine our sales strategy.

3. Relationship Management & Problem Solving

  • Trust Building: Establish long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high retention rates.

  • Solutions Focus: Identify customer "pain points" and propose specific product solutions that address their business or personal needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Location: Must reside in one of the listed locations (Local knowledge is a critical advantage).

  • Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasive "closing" skills.
