Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in retail, hospitality (hotels, kitchens), and open markets.
• Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives for direct retail and market sales.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and performance evaluation to ensure a high-performing sales team.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills and productivity.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Negotiate and secure contracts with retail stores, hotels, and food service providers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and product visibility.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional strategies for different sales channels.
• Organize product sampling, trade shows, and promotional events to attract new customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure effective stock management and distribution to meet market demand.
• Manage budgets and optimize marketing and sales expenditure for maximum ROI.
