Job Description:

We are seeking "Closers." Our client is a leading player in the Communications Industry, and we are on a mission to dominate the Lagos broadband market. This role is strictly for aggressive, street-smart Marketers who see "no" as a starting point and "sold" as the only conclusion.

If you are a high-energy salesperson who thrives on the hustle of Lagos, loves the challenge of direct field prospecting, and is motivated by a high-commission earning structure, this is your opportunity. You will be on the front lines—penetrating estates, SMEs, and corporate hubs to sign up customers for high-speed internet services. We don't want "order takers"; we want territory hunters.

Requirements:

1. Territory Penetration & Lead Hunting

  • Direct Market Assault: Conduct daily door-to-door marketing and field sales across Lagos, targeting residential estates, business hubs, and SME clusters.

  • Independent Lead Sourcing: Generate your own pipeline through cold calling, referrals, and aggressive direct prospecting—waiting for leads is not an option.

  • Market Expansion: Proactively identify and "map out" new estates and office complexes for rapid market entry and activation.

2. Sales Execution & "The Close"

  • On-the-Spot Closing: Execute persuasive sales pitches that result in immediate customer sign-ups and service subscriptions.

  • Negotiation Mastery: Overcome objections with confidence and poise, ensuring that potential clients understand the superior value of our broadband solutions.

  • Target Dominance: Consistently meet and exceed aggressive weekly and monthly sales quotas, turning targets into benchmarks for excellence.

3. Performance Management & Reporting

  • Daily Intelligence: Submit granular daily reports on sales activities, prospect feedback, and territory performance to help management optimize strategy.

  • Activation Drives: Lead and participate in high-visibility street activations and promotional campaigns to drive massive brand awareness.

  • Referral Engineering: Build such strong relationships with signed-up clients that they become a source of consistent, high-quality referrals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of hardcore sales/marketing experience. Previous experience in Telecoms or with an ISP is a massive advantage.

  • Local Knowledge: You must be deeply familiar with the Lagos market terrain (knowing the right spots to find SMEs and high-value residents).
