Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Head of Sales and Marketing to serve as the strategic visionary and operational lead for our commercial function. In a competitive, nationwide landscape, sustainable growth requires more than just sales; it requires a built-from-scratch ecosystem of high-performance teams, rigorous CRM data, and multi-channel dominance. This role is designed for a "Scale Specialist"—a leader with 5+ years of executive experience who can blend high-level B2B/B2G diplomacy with the tactical grit required for retail and distributor network expansion.

Your mission is to ensure "Market Dominance and Revenue Scalability." You will be responsible for the entire commercial lifecycle: from architecting the nationwide sales strategy and building the team from the ground up to overseeing digital branding and institutional partnerships. Requirements:

1. Revenue Architecture & Nationwide Strategy

  • Growth Engineering: Develop and implement aggressive sales and marketing strategies designed to capture market share across corporate, B2B, B2G, and retail segments.

  • Network Development: Lead the identification and onboarding of a robust nationwide distributor network, ensuring consistent product availability and brand standards.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging "Blue Ocean" opportunities for expansion.

2. Team Governance & Performance Culture

  • Departmental Incubation: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team from the ground up, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

  • CRM & Systems Integration: Implement and oversee robust CRM systems and performance metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making and optimized conversion rates.

  • Sales Training: Develop and execute continuous training programs to ensure the field force is equipped with advanced negotiation and closing techniques.

3. Brand Advocacy & Digital Command

  • Omnichannel Branding: Oversee the brand’s visual and narrative identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in digital marketing, offline campaigns, and corporate communications.

  • Strategic Campaigning: Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and support the sales team in achieving their institutional targets.

  • Stakeholder Diplomacy: Represent the company in high-level negotiations and industry events to position the organization as a market leader.c

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a significant competitive advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record in B2B, Institutional, or Nationwide sales operations.

  • Technical Mastery: Proven experience in building sales teams from scratch and implementing enterprise-grade CRM systems.
