Job Description:
We are seeking a high-integrity Operations & Growth Officer to serve as the operational heartbeat of our Idimu-Ikotun facility. In a fast-paced service environment, operations are the engine of growth—requiring a leader who can enforce discipline while simultaneously driving business volume. This role is designed for a "Result-Oriented Supervisor", someone with 2–5 years of experience who can transition from monitoring customer service workflows to solving complex field logistics in real-time.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between "Process" and "Profit." You will be responsible for the entire service lifecycle: from supervising a team of 3–10 staff and accelerating response times to handling high-stakes escalations and identifying new revenue streams. If you possess the professional firmness to ensure accountability and the communication grit to lead a diverse team, we want you to drive our regional operations.
Requirements:
1. Service Supervision & Team Governance
Direct Leadership: Supervise and mentor a customer service team of 3–10 staff, ensuring all daily operations align with organizational standards.
Discipline & Accountability: Enforce strict operational protocols, ensuring team members meet attendance, performance, and behavioral benchmarks.
Escalation Management: Confidently handle complex customer issues and "thorny" complaints, providing professional resolutions that protect the brand's reputation.
2. Growth Strategy & Revenue Velocity
Business Volume Expansion: Partner with the team to identify and execute strategies that increase transaction volume and market penetration.
Customer Retention: Implement frameworks to improve response times and enhance client loyalty through superior service delivery.
Field Problem-Solving: Comfortably handle external or field-based challenges, ensuring that logistics or service disruptions are resolved with minimal impact on the customer.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Operational Audits: Conduct regular reviews of daily workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor service metrics and provide regular performance reports to leadership, highlighting growth opportunities and team productivity.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience in operations or growth-focused roles.
Leadership History: Proven experience supervising a team of 3 – 10 staff is mandatory.
Sector Advantage: Prior experience in logistics or a service-based business is a significant advantage.
Location Priority: Must reside within the Idimu-Ikotun axis of Lagos State for operational proximity.
