Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Consultant to serve as the strategic face of our premium showroom in Abuja. In the Federal Capital Territory’s luxury real-estate and hospitality sectors, sales are not merely transactions; they are the result of technical expertise, aesthetic vision, and long-term relationship management. This role is designed for a "Solution Specification Expert", a professional with 3–5 years of experience who can translate a client's architectural vision into a "Total Bathroom Solution."
Your mission is to ensure "Market Capture and Client Advocacy." You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle: from pitching to fitness outfits and corporate contractors to collaborating with the inventory team for real-time stock fulfillment. If you possess "Consultative Grit" and the ability to close high-value contracts with professional diplomacy, we want you to drive our growth.
Requirements:
1. Institutional Networking & Project Pitching
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage high-potential clients across the Hospitality, Corporate, and Real Estate sectors, converting cold enquiries into high-value project closures.
Total Solution Engineering: Prepare detailed proposals and quotations that offer comprehensive "Bathroom Solutions," tailoring product recommendations to the specific aesthetic and functional needs of the client.
Exhibition Leadership: Participate in the strategic planning and execution of in-house conferences and exhibitions to showcase the brand’s latest innovations to industry stakeholders.
2. Contract Diplomacy & Supply Chain Synergy
Commercial Negotiation: Draft, manage, and review purchase contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and high levels of customer/supplier trust.
Inventory Liaison: Proactively collaborate with the Inventory Team to maintain real-time awareness of stock positions, ensuring that promised solutions can be delivered without delay.
Team Synergy: Support fellow team members in complex pitches, fostering a collaborative environment aimed at securing large-scale infrastructure projects.
3. Relationship Governance & Market Intelligence
Database Stewardship: Maintain a comprehensive CRM database of all existing relationships and prospects, working with financial control to track the lifetime value of each client.
Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback, resolving or escalating complaints promptly to maintain the brand’s reputation for quality.
Market Cascading: Develop and execute sales activities that increase brand awareness within target groups, ensuring the company remains the "provider of choice" for Abuja's elite developers.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BA / BSc / HND in any relevant field.
Experience: 3–5 years of previous sales experience, with a mandatory understanding of the Real-Estate or Interior Fit-out industry.
Location: Must be resident in or able to work onsite in Abuja.
Core Competencies
Analytical Sales: Ability to analyze customer needs and collect market information to drive product recommendations.
Negotiation Grit: Strong track record in contract management and closing complex B2B deals.
