Job Description:
We are seeking highly driven and disciplined Sales Representatives to serve as the frontline growth engines for our brand. In the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, success is won at the "Last Mile"—where product availability, pricing discipline, and retail relationships intersect. This role is designed for a "Territory Champion", a professional with 1–3 years of experience who can blend aggressive order generation with the operational rigor required to maintain a zero-debt portfolio.
Your mission is to ensure "Market Presence and Retail Dominance." You will be responsible for the entire field lifecycle: from onboarding high-potential retail outlets and managing Key Distributor (KD) relationships to ensuring world-class visibility and price adherence. If you possess "Negotiation Grit" and the technological savvy to manage sales via mobile CRM platforms, we want you to lead our in-market execution.
Requirements:
1. Sales Velocity & Territory Engineering
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas across all product categories within your assigned geography.
Footprint Expansion: Proactively identify and onboard new retail outlets and wholesalers, ensuring every high-potential "point of sale" in your territory carries our brand.
Order Generation: Drive high-frequency ordering through persuasive selling, ensuring stock never depletes at the retail level.
2. In-Market Execution & Brand Visibility
The Perfect Store Standard: Ensure 95%+ compliance with core execution standards: Product Availability (Must-Stock-List), Visibility (Eye-level display), and Price Adherence.
Promo Execution: Lead the rollout of on-trade activations and consumer promotions, ensuring all POS (Point of Sale) materials are deployed effectively.
Competitor Intelligence: Monitor and report on rival pricing, new product launches, and promotional tactics to inform our regional strategic pivots.
3. Fiscal Discipline & Operational Compliance
Zero-Debt Governance: Adhere strictly to the company’s Zero-Debt Policy, ensuring that every transaction is settled in full and on time—no exceptions.
Daily Reconciliation: Perform surgical daily reconciliation of cash and sales data to maintain absolute transparency and prevent financial discrepancies.
Digital Reporting: Utilize mobile sales applications for real-time order capture, inventory tracking, and performance reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, merchandising, or route-to-market roles. FMCG experience is a high-value advantage.
Tech-Inclined: Ability to use mobile sales force automation (SFA) tools and CRM software for daily operations.
Core Competencies
Negotiation Grit: Proven ability to persuade retailers and resolve field escalations professionally.
Terrain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the local market landscape in the assigned territory.
