Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our revenue growth and market expansion. This is a unique, hybrid mandate for a commercially-minded professional who can close high-value deals in person while simultaneously architecting digital strategies that capture leads at scale. You will be responsible for the full customer lifecycle—from high-end corporate prospecting and luxury sales presentations to digital audience segmentation and SEO-driven brand visibility. If you have a proven track record of selling luxury products and a data-driven approach to digital marketing, this role offers a platform for significant strategic impact.

Requirements:

1. High-Value Sales & Relationship Management

  • Luxury Sales Execution: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail and corporate segments, focusing on premium and luxury product placement.

  • Pipeline Management: Own the full sales funnel—expertly qualifying leads, managing the prospecting lifecycle, and delivering persuasive, high-stakes proposals.

  • Key Account Growth: Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals), corporate partners, and institutional stakeholders to ensure long-term retention.

2. Strategic Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Omnichannel Strategy: Design and implement integrated digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.

  • Content & SEO Mastery: Optimize our online presence through SEO, SEM, and strategic content marketing to ensure the brand stays at the forefront of search and social trends.

  • Performance Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics tools to track ROI, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns for maximum audience engagement.

3. Market Intelligence & Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Competitive Analysis: Coordinate market research to identify shifting customer needs and competitor movements within the luxury landscape.

  • Collateral Development: Partner with the creative team to develop sophisticated GTM materials, promotional content, and sales toolkits that reflect the brand's premium status.

  • Revenue Forecasting: Track sales metrics and digital KPIs to provide management with accurate growth forecasts and performance reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience & Mandates

  • Industry Tenure: Minimum of 5–6 years of multi-industry experience in high-impact sales and marketing roles.

  • Luxury Requirement: Mandatory experience in the sales of luxury products. You must understand the psychology of premium buyers.

  • Digital Expertise: Proven mastery of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Core Competencies
