Job Description:

Are you a visionary storyteller who can bridge the gap between aesthetic beauty and commercial impact? We are seeking a Creative Specialist to join our team in Epe as the lead architect of our brand identity. This is not a role for a simple designer; it is a mandate for a Creative Leader who can turn abstract ideas into powerful visual and written narratives that build deep consumer trust. From directing high-fidelity video content to executing high-ROI paid media campaigns, you will own the creative lifecycle and shape how the world perceives our brand.

Requirements:

1. Brand Architecture & Visual Storytelling

• Identity Design: Create stunning graphic assets for our products and services that ensure premium positioning in the market.

• Multimedia Production: Lead the end-to-end production of high-quality video content for marketing, social media, and internal promotions.

• Consistency Governance: Act as the brand guardian, ensuring that every touchpoint—from digital ads to offline materials—remains consistent in tone, style, and aesthetics.

2. Content Strategy & Digital Influence

• Strategic Copywriting: Write persuasive, engaging marketing content that simplifies complex value propositions into compelling calls to action.

• Campaign Coordination: Lead and motivate the creative team to deliver high-impact campaigns on time and within budget.

• Influencer Partnership: Collaborate with brand ambassadors and influencers to build credibility, driving both brand awareness and consumer trust.

3. Performance Marketing & Media Buying

• Growth Operations: Plan and execute paid media campaigns, managing budgets and optimizing ad creative to maximize ROI.

• Data-Driven Creativity: Track content performance metrics and utilize analytics to pivot and optimize creative strategies in real-time.

• Social Ecosystem: Develop and manage comprehensive content calendars to maintain a dominant and consistent social media presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Toolkit

• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), Canva, and CapCut.

• Media Buying: Practical knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media campaign optimization.

• Storytelling: A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in graphic design, video editing, and persuasive writing.

Experience & Attributes

• Background: Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or creative direction.

• Leadership: Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a fast-paced creative team.
