Job Description:
- Prospect and convert leads into paying clients.
- Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Provide accurate reporting on sales activities.
- Represent the company brand with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess HND / Bachelor`s Degree
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience (insurance, banking, real estate, telecoms, or FMCG preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work under pressure in a competitive market.
- Must be based in Lagos.
Salary
