Job Description:
Strategic Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and acquire HNWIs through high-level networking, strategic referrals, and executive prospecting.
Bespoke Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of wealthy clients, conducting deep-dive financial consultations to understand their long-term wealth preservation and growth goals.
Revenue & Portfolio Growth: Drive aggressive revenue generation by marketing a suite of premium financial products, including Private Banking services, Fixed Deposits, Structured Investments, and Estate Planning.
Market Intelligence & Advocacy: Stay at the forefront of global and local economic trends, competitor wealth offerings, and luxury market dynamics to craft compelling, high-value value propositions.
Exclusive Networking: Design and participate in high-end events, seminars, and exclusive lifestyle functions to enhance the bank’s brand prestige and source high-tier leads.
Client Governance: Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and provide strategic reporting to Senior Management on portfolio performance, conversion rates, and market opportunities.
Requirements:
Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with a refined "white-glove" approach to customer service.
Analytical Prowess: Ability to assess complex financial data and manage risk while identifying lucrative investment opportunities for clients.
Autonomy: Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a target-driven, high-stakes environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CIS, CIBN, or MBA) are highly preferred.
Experience: 5–10 years of proven success in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or High-End Sales, specifically managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals.
Industry Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of investment strategies, asset allocation, and the regulatory environment governing private wealth in Nigeria.
Network: Must possess an active, high-quality network of potential HNW/UHNW leads.
