Job Description:

• As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for shaping the financial direction of TREXM Holdings.
• You will oversee financial planning, risk oversight, and capital management across all business units, providing the critical insights necessary to support aggressive growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership

• Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a financial strategy that aligns with TREXM’s long-term vision.
• Executive Advisory: Provide high-level counsel to the Managing Director and Board on budgeting, cash flow optimization, and investment priorities.
• Corporate Development: Lead financial due diligence and strategy for mergers, acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, and strategic partnerships.

Financial Operations & Digital Transformation:

• Full-Spectrum Oversight: Lead all accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting functions across the group.
• Integrity & Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls and policies to ensure absolute financial integrity.
• Tech-Driven Finance: Drive finance process automation and lead the implementation of ERP systems and advanced financial technologies.

Capital Management & Investor Relations:

• Capital Raising: Lead initiatives for corporate financing and optimize the group’s capital structure for maximum efficiency.
• External Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison with banks, financial institutions, and the investor community.
• Investor Strategy: Develop a transparent investor relations framework to communicate financial performance and growth potential.

Risk Management & Governance:

• Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to statutory, tax, and financial regulations across all operating jurisdictions.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and manage financial, operational, and strategic risks.
• Audit & Legal: Coordinate with internal and external auditors and legal counsel to safeguard company assets.

Leadership & High-Performance Culture:

• Mentorship: Lead and develop finance teams across the group’s portfolio companies, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Data-Driven Insights: Promote the use of data analytics to deliver actionable financial intelligence to the business.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Sound understanding of corporate governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• ICAN certification (required); CFA, ACCA, or other professional certifications.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in senior financial leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience within a diversified holding company or multi-entity environment.
• Proven track record in fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and financial transformation initiatives.
