Job Description:
- If you have experience in customer retention, experience, and relationship management—especially in FMCG or e-commerce, this is your chance to lead and drive customer success in Ikorodu.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key customer accounts
- Lead field customer teams (ACMs & reps)
- Improve customer experience and retention
- Track KPIs and resolve customer issues fast
- Build loyalty and long-term relationships
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years in customer/account management and in customer-facing roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in FMCG or e-commerce is a big plus
- Based in or willing to work in Ikorodu.
Salary
