Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and operationally minded Customer Lifecycle Manager to own the global end-to-end journey for our Solar Inverter products. In this hybrid role, you will be the bridge between customer experience, product development, and operations. You will be responsible for defining global standards that ensure our customers—from the moment of initial interest through to full product ownership—have a seamless, high-quality experience. Requirements:

  • Customer Journey Ownership: Map and own the entire lifecycle (Lead → Qualified → Installation → Active → Payment → Ownership). Identify friction points and enforce global CX standards to ensure consistent quality across all markets.

  • Funnel & Experience Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in key funnel metrics, including conversion, activation, and sales-to-installation timelines.

  • Portfolio Health & Retention: Own portfolio metrics (OTPR, default rates). Design and implement data-backed interventions to improve payment behavior, reduce churn, and leverage product telemetry for proactive issue resolution.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to influence hardware and software requirements that directly enhance the user experience and long-term product value.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer engagement, product management, CX, or operations.

  • Sector Expertise: Experience in energy, fintech, or subscription/financing models is highly preferred. A solid understanding of Solar Inverter systems is a significant advantage.

  • Technical & Analytical Skills:

    • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in data analysis.

    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders across global markets.

  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit, and the ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced, and high-impact environment.
