Job Description:

We are seeking an empathetic, professional, and highly organized Customer & Human Relations Officer to join our team in Ilorin. In this dual-focused role, you will serve as the primary link between our organization and the people who matter most: our customers and our employees. Requirements:

• Customer Experience: Act as the face and voice of the organization. Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints with tact and speed, and ensure high levels of satisfaction through consistent, helpful service.

• Employee Relations: Support the "human" side of our business. Act as a point of contact for staff concerns, promote a positive workplace culture, and assist in maintaining internal morale and communication.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based connections with our local clientele in Ilorin while ensuring our internal team is aligned and supported.

• Operational Liaison: Coordinate between departments to ensure that customer needs are communicated effectively to the right teams and that staff are equipped with the resources they need to succeed.

• Administrative Accuracy: Maintain accurate logs of customer feedback, staff interactions, and general office documentation to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Relevant academic qualification (e.g., B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field).

• Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or human resources-related role.
