Job Description:

GUO Logistics is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our team at the RUBY Centre in Wuse 2, Abuja. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every parcel from booking to final delivery is handled with the reliability and precision that the GUO name stands for. If you have experience in courier operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment where efficiency meets excellence, we want you to help us maintain our high service standards.

Requirements:

• Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact, providing expert assistance on parcel booking, pricing, and delivery schedules.

• Logistics Coordination: Oversee the routing and tripping of parcels to ensure timely dispatch and transit across all GUO locations.

• Operational Quality: Supervise parcel packaging, inspection, and registration to ensure safety compliance and prevent damage during transit.

• Tracking & Communication: Monitor shipments in real-time and proactively manage customer expectations regarding delivery status or service updates.

• Documentation & Accuracy: Maintain precise records, including waybills, manifests, and receipts, ensuring all transactions are captured in our CRM system.

• Problem Resolution: Handle claims and inquiries with empathy and efficiency, collaborating with dispatch teams to solve transit issues quickly.

• Revenue Management: Support accurate revenue collection and ensure all financial transactions are balanced and accounted for.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in logistics, courier, or transport operations, ideally within a structured, high-volume environment.
