Job Description:
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly professional Customer Service Associate to join our team in Warri. Requirements:
Front-Desk Excellence: Welcome visitors and customers with a professional demeanor, setting a high standard for the company’s customer service experience.
Omnichannel Support: Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries across physical, telephonic, and digital platforms.
Conflict Resolution: Resolve customer complaints with efficiency and professionalism, escalating complex issues to management only when necessary.
Technical & Admin Support: Provide accurate information on company services, maintain meticulous customer records, and handle essential documentation in line with your HIM expertise.
Operations: Support daily administrative tasks, uphold our customer service standards, and ensure that feedback is captured to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Mandatory Certification: Health Information Management (HIM) Certification is required.
Education: Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Health Information Management, or a related discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant customer service experience.
Location: Must reside in Warri, Delta State or its environs (no accommodation provided).
