Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and discerning Recruitment Officer to drive the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle. This is a critical role for our Victoria Island operations, requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between technical staffing needs and the company's long-term growth objectives.
You will be the primary custodian of our employer brand, responsible for sourcing high-potential local and expatriate talent. Your success will be measured by your ability to find the "perfect fit" for diverse roles and ensure that every new hire is seamlessly integrated into our corporate culture.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Sourcing & Selection
Needs Assessment: Partner with site managers and supervisors to forecast future staffing requirements and identify critical skill gaps.
Global Sourcing: Draft and execute multi-channel recruitment plans for both local and expatriate positions, utilizing specialized platforms to attract top-tier talent.
Screening & Assessment: Lead the screening and shortlisting process, applying rigorous evaluation criteria to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural standards.
2. Interview Coordination & Offer Management
Interdepartmental Synergy: Coordinate and co-conduct interviews with line managers, providing data-driven recommendations on candidate suitability.
Offer Negotiation: Act as the primary point of contact for successful candidates, managing the delivery of employment offers and navigating contract discussions.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear communication with all hiring managers to ensure a transparent and efficient hiring timeline.
3. Integration & Employee Lifecycle
Comprehensive Onboarding: Manage the administrative and logistical aspects of onboarding to ensure new hires are "work-ready" from Day 1.
Induction Excellence: Conduct formal orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate recruitment records and talent pools for future organizational needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: 3–5 years of core experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience in technical, operations-driven, or multi-national environments is highly desirable.
Hiring Maturity: Proven ability to make informed, objective decisions regarding candidate suitability and hiring recommendations.
Core Competencies
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for professional candidate engagement.
Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to assess "soft skills" alongside technical proficiency.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines across different locations and seniority levels.
