Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited was incorporated in December 2009 with the business objective of providing financial service to micro clients who were excluded from the mainstream financial system. It commenced operations in June 2010 upon obtaining a Unit Microfinance Banking License from the Central Bank of Nigeria. It later obtained a State Microfinance Banking License in 2016.
Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited’s financial inclusion effort focuses on promoting savings culture, access to credit facilities for income-generation purposes and reducing vulnerability to risk through micro insurance.
The Bank’s major strategic focus employs the group lending methodology in its operations with a leaning towards women. It believes in the commitment of women folk to work hard and help their families conquer poverty. As such, more than 95% of the Bank’s lending activities focuses on women. The success of the bank’s group lending activities largely depends on group solidarity and cohesion.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Provide adequate assistance in ensuring reference/guarantor letters of new hires are sent one week following submission of documentation.
- Ensure files/ staff documents are properly filed.
- Update new staff and all staff record on Excel.
- Update new and exited staff record.
- Ensure that all staff documentations and details are up to date and easily retrievable.
- Processing staff members leave form.
- Processing signing of offer letters of new hires.
- Filling and compilation of staff members Annual Appraisal form.
- Follow up on internal correspondent with other departments.
- Managing and compiling daily staff attendance record.
- Preparation of statutory remittances such as pension, NSITF & ITF schedule and should be sent for approval not later than 30th of the month.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
- B.Sc in Human Resources Management or similar field
- Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Organizational skills
- Experience with MS Office
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Fresh Graduate with intern to gather Human Resource Experience.
