Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Officer to support our growing recruitment team in executing high-level staffing projects for our clients. In this role, you will be the engine of the recruitment lifecycle—managing job postings, identifying top-tier talent, and ensuring a seamless communication flow between candidates and clients. Requirements:
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
Job Advertising: Assist in developing compelling job adverts and posting them across strategic job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
CV Screening: Conduct initial screening of CVs and applications to ensure candidates meet the specific technical and cultural requirements of our clients.
Shortlisting: Assist in preparing professional candidate profiles and detailed shortlisting reports for client review.
Interview Coordination & Logistics
Scheduling: Act as the primary coordinator for interview logistics, managing calendars to schedule interviews between candidates and client hiring managers.
Process Flow: Follow up consistently with both candidates and clients to ensure the recruitment process moves forward without delays.
Communication: Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Database Management & Admin
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, real-time candidate records within the recruitment database or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Documentation: Handle all administrative tasks related to recruitment documentation, including reference checks and offer letter preparation.
Reporting: Support the team in preparing weekly recruitment activity reports and tracking key hiring metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Degree: Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support.
Consulting Advantage: Previous experience working within a recruitment agency or HR consulting firm is a significant advantage.
Technical & Professional Skills
Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs is mandatory.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined professional tone.
Systems: Familiarity with recruitment systems, job boards, and modern sourcing techniques.
