Requirements:

Direct Sales & Market Expansion

• Product Marketing: Actively sell and market the company’s range of food items to retail, wholesale, and individual customers.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans designed to meet specific sales targets and business objectives.

• Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with team members to create integrated marketing and sales campaigns that drive brand visibility and market expansion.

Market Intelligence & Research

• Trend Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of food industry trends and changing customer preferences.

• Competitor Tracking: Monitor and report on competitor activities and pricing strategies to ensure the company remains competitive.

• Customer Insights: Gather feedback from the field to help refine product offerings and marketing messaging.

Operational Excellence

• Reporting: Document and present sales performance and market feedback to management.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and production teams to ensure product availability aligns with marketing efforts.

• Brand Representation: Act as a professional ambassador for the company, maintaining high standards of integrity and customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Qualification: SSCE, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in marketing (experience specifically in food items or FMCG is a significant advantage).

Technical & Professional Skills

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective pitching and reporting.

• Analytical Ability: Basic analytical skills to interpret market data and sales trends.

• Creativity: Ability to think creatively to solve problems and overcome sales objections in the field.
