To meet the growing demand of Nigeria’s Market, Stockgap Fuels Limited is expanding its LPG business by investing on additional storage and cylinder filling facility in 4 strategic locations spanning major regions of the country - Lagos/South-West, South-South/South-East, North-Central/North-West and North-East regions respectively.
Job Description:
- Drive talent development and performance management initiatives to support the company's gas supply objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement employee development programs, including training, workshops, and mentorship opportunities.
- Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and implement retention strategies.
- Develop succession plans to ensure continuity and growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and recognize employee achievements.
- Use data-driven insights to measure talent management program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department heads to align talent management strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 10+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, and organizational development
- Excellent communication and leadership skill
Salary
