Job Description:
We are currently recruiting high-performing and experienced Realtors to join our sales force. This opportunity is open to both dedicated in-house professionals and established external partners who have a proven track record of closing high-value property deals. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to buyers and sellers, navigating the complexities of the real estate market to deliver exceptional value and drive transaction volume.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven closer with a deep network of potential investors and a comprehensive understanding of the legal and commercial aspects of property transactions.
Requirements:
Sales & Business Development
Deal Generation: Identify, engage, and convert high-potential leads into property owners and investors.
Property Presentations: Conduct professional site inspections and property viewings, effectively communicating the unique value propositions of our listings.
Negotiation: Manage the entire negotiation process, ensuring favorable terms for all parties while protecting the firm's interests.
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
Market Consultation: Provide clients with expert advice on market trends, property valuations, and investment potential.
Portfolio Management: Maintain and expand a robust database of clients, fostering long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Transaction Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between buyers, sellers, and legal teams to ensure seamless property transfers.
Market Intelligence & Compliance
Industry Awareness: Stay informed on local zoning laws, real estate regulations, and emerging development hubs.
Documentation: Ensure all transaction-related paperwork, including offers to purchase and sale agreements, are accurate and comply with industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Qualification: Relevant degree or professional certification in Real Estate, Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in real estate sales with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge: A thorough understanding of property transactions, including legal requirements and financing options.
Technical & Soft Skills
Sales Acumen: Advanced skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and closing techniques.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex investment details clearly.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking ability and the emotional intelligence to manage high-stakes client relationships.
