Job Description:
- We are looking for a digitally savvy Listing & Website Content Specialist who will take full ownership of CW Real Estate's online property listings, website content, and digital lead generation activity.
Key Responsibilities
Listings Management & Database Cleaning:
- Conduct regular audits of all active property listings on the website
Identify and immediately remove properties that are:
- No longer available in the market
- Sold, leased, or expired
- Outdated in pricing or information
- Maintain a clean, active-only listings database that reflects real-time market availability
- Ensure the website at all times shows only properties that are live, verified, and available
Website Content Management:
- Regularly update and refresh website content to ensure it is accurate, engaging, and relevant
- Write or coordinate compelling property descriptions, headlines, and marketing copy
- Ensure all listed properties have high-quality images, accurate pricing, and correct details
- Work with the marketing team to align website content with ongoing campaigns and promotions
AI Tools & Performance Monitoring:
- Use AI-powered tools and analytics platforms to monitor the performance of listings
- Identify listings that are underperforming — low views, low engagement, low inquiries — and flag them for content improvement or removal
- Track website traffic, listing click-through rates, and lead conversion data
- Produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations
Online Property Scouting & Lead Generation:
- Actively scout the internet for new property opportunities — across listing platforms, social media, forums, and other digital sources
- Identify properties that align with CW Real Estate's portfolio and market positioning
- Generate property leads and pass them on to the relevant agents for follow-up and acquisition
- Build and maintain a pipeline of scouted properties with key details, source, and status
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 2 – 4 years of experience in digital content management, real estate listings, or a related field
- Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or AI-based platforms)
- Experience with SEO and digital content optimization
- Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
