Job Description:
House Unlimited Nigeria is seeking a high-energy, results-obsessed Female Sales Closer. This is not a role for a passive "customer service" agent; it is a dedicated closing position. Your singular mission is to turn interest into revenue. You will be responsible for the entire conversion funnel taking a lead from a WhatsApp or Instagram inquiry, driving them to a physical site inspection, and ultimately securing the final payment.
The ideal candidate understands that sales are won in the follow-up and has the professional "grit" to handle objections and push conversations to a successful close.
Requirements:
Lead Conversion & Closing
Rapid Lead Management: Handle all incoming inquiries from social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) with speed and professional flair.
Aggressive Follow-Up: Maintain a disciplined and consistent follow-up schedule to ensure no prospect falls through the cracks.
Inspection Conversion: Persuasively move prospects from the "inquiry" stage to booking and attending physical site inspections.
Deal Finalization: Transition inspections into closed deals by handling objections, negotiating terms, and ensuring the final payment is successfully completed.
Client Relationship & Tracking
End-to-End Communication: Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the payment lifecycle to ensure a seamless transaction experience.
Progress Tracking: Meticulously document all client conversations and monitor the progress of each lead through the sales pipeline.
Qualifications and Skills:
Gender: Strictly Female (for strategic team balancing).
Location: Must be based in Abuja or nearby.
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in Sales or CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Proven experience in a role where performance was measured by conversion rates rather than just lead volume.
Core Competencies:
The "Closer" Mindset: Confidence in asking for the sale and driving a deal to completion.
Objection Handling: Skilled at navigating "no" or "let me think about it" to move the conversation forward.
Discipline: Exceptional organizational skills specifically regarding follow-up cadences.
Target-Driven: A natural motivation to hit and exceed monthly show-up and closing targets.
