Job Description:

Alphabait Realty is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Officer to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of the company, ensuring that our real estate projects, office workflows, and departmental activities are executed with high efficiency. You will be responsible for streamlining internal processes, managing vendor relationships, and providing the logistical support necessary to meet our organizational timelines and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the administrative discipline to manage complex logistics across multiple departments.

Requirements:

Process Coordination & Workflow Management

  • Daily Operations: Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities across various departments to ensure zero downtime.

  • Policy Execution: Ensure all company processes, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are executed smoothly and consistently.

  • Project Logistics: Assist in managing logistics, schedules, and operational timelines for real estate projects, ensuring all milestones are tracked and met.

Facility & Vendor Management

  • Vendor Liaison: Monitor and coordinate vendor activities, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met and quality is maintained.

  • Facility Oversight: Manage facility needs and office maintenance to ensure a professional and safe working environment.

  • Procurement & Inventory: Support procurement processes and maintain accurate inventory records for office and project-related supplies.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Operational Reporting: Prepare detailed operational reports, records, and documentation for management review.

  • Data Tracking: Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite to track operational KPIs, manage procurement analysis, and maintain organized records.

  • Support Services: Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the Abuja office.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Degree: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in operations, administration, or real estate operations.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate or property development sector is an added advantage.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Software Proficiency: Strong mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.

  • Logistics Management: Proven ability to coordinate schedules and manage logistical timelines effectively.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.

Salary

₦300,000 - ₦350,000 monthly
