We specialize in architectural design, structural engineering, construction management, quantity surveying (BOQ preparation), renovation, remodeling, and turnkey project delivery.

Our approach integrates technical expertise with practical project execution, ensuring that every development meets professional standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Project Lead to serve as the strategic and technical anchor for our diverse project portfolio. This role is a "Command Center" position, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of works spanning civil construction, solar installations, waterproofing, and real estate development.

Your mission is to ensure every project—from initial design to final close-out—is executed with "Right First Time" precision. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and artisans, managing multimillion-naira budgets and complex stakeholder expectations. If you are a COREN-eligible Civil Engineer with 5–8 years of experience and a mastery of both the boardroom and the construction site, we invite you to lead our operations.

Requirements:

1. Integrated Project Lifecycle Governance

  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive execution plans, work schedules, and timelines using advanced project management tools.

  • Full-Cycle Oversight: Own the project kick-off, monitoring, and formal close-out phases across all units (Construction, Solar, Maintenance).

  • Design & Consultancy Mastery: Supervise architectural, structural, and MEP design activities to ensure compliance with statutory standards and engineering best practices.

2. Site Management & QA/QC Excellence

  • Technical Supervision: Oversee all on-site works, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, approved drawings, and safety protocols.

  • Quality Governance: Implement rigorous QA/QC procedures and "Right First Time" metrics to eliminate rework and minimize material waste.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify logistical or technical bottlenecks and implement rapid-response solutions to keep projects on track.

3. Financial Stewardship & Stakeholder Interface

  • Cost Control: Collaborate with Procurement units to monitor project expenditure versus budgets, reviewing BOQs and managing variations.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary technical interface for clients and consultants, managing expectations and providing high-impact progress reporting.

  • Vendor Management: Supervise the selection and performance of artisans and vendors, enforcing high workmanship standards and contractual compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Minimum). A Master’s degree is a distinct advantage.

  • Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in construction and multi-disciplinary project management.

  • Technical IQ: Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD) and advanced Project Management software.

  • Certifications: Professional certification (COREN, NSE, PMP, etc.) is highly preferred.

Core Competencies

  • Leadership: Proven ability to mentor deputies and hold site teams accountable for performance.

  • Communication: Exceptional reporting skills, capable of distilling complex site data into clear management briefs.

  • Discipline: A high-integrity approach to financial requisitions and project documentation.
