Job Description:

MNIGS Nigeria Ltd is seeking a smart, data-driven Operations & Business Process Manager to serve as the structural engine of our growth. Your mission is to take our existing workflows—across sales, project management, and customer service—and transform them into lean, high-output systems.

You will be the bridge between strategy and execution, using data to identify bottlenecks and designing automated or streamlined processes to eliminate them. Requirements:

1. Sales & Revenue Process Optimization

  • Funnel Engineering: Audit the end-to-end sales process to reduce lead-to-close time and increase conversion rates.

  • CRM Governance: Optimize CRM workflows to ensure sales data is accurate, actionable, and integrated with other business units.

  • Incentive Alignment: Refine sales operational policies to ensure team efforts are perfectly aligned with revenue growth targets.

2. Project & Service Delivery Excellence

  • Workflow Architecture: Design and implement standardized "SOPs" (Standard Operating Procedures) for project delivery to ensure consistent quality and zero resource waste.

  • Resource Allocation: Utilize data to manage workforce and logistics allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and under budget.

  • Bottleneck Analysis: Conduct regular "stress tests" on project lifecycles to identify and resolve systemic delays.

3. Customer Experience & Data Governance

  • Feedback Integration: Build systems that capture customer feedback and feed it directly into process improvements.

  • Operational Reporting: Develop and manage "Dashboards of Truth"—real-time data visualizations that allow leadership to see the health of every business process.

  • Automation: Identify repetitive manual tasks across the customer journey and implement digital tools to automate them.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Proven success in Operations Management or Process Engineering (preferably in a tech, engineering, or service-driven sector).

  • Technical IQ: Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, or Monday.com).

  • Data Mastery: Ability to analyze complex data sets to extract actionable business insights.

  • Systems Thinking: The ability to see how a change in one department affects the entire organizational ecosystem.
