Job Description:
- This role is key to defining product strategy, prioritizing features, and ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet customer needs while driving business growth in a regulated fintech environment.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate across engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for both Card Acquiring services (online/offline) and the Core Banking application.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market opportunities, user feedback, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and specifications for the engineering and design teams.
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, UI/UX and other team members within an Agile framework, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Serve as the primary product expert for Card Acquiring and Core Banking internally and externally.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support product launches, go-to-market strategies, and gather market feedback.
- Engage with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure operational readiness, risk management, and adherence to regulatory frameworks.
- Engage with external partners, potentially including payment schemes (Visa,Mastercard, Verve), partner banks, and key clients, as needed.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for your products and track performance post-launch, and utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
- Engineering & Design: Align on requirements, user experience, and feature delivery.
- Business & Stakeholders: Communicate product vision, gather requirements, and ensure strategic alignment.
- Data & Analytics: Leverage insights to drive decisions and optimize product performance.
- Marketing, Sales & Customers: Coordinate go-to-market efforts, gather feedback, and validate solutions.
