Job Description:

• Are you a data-driven leader passionate about the future of FinTech? We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to spearhead our digital banking product lifecycle—from discovery and delivery to live operations.
• In this role, you will leverage OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and Evidence-Based Management (EBM) frameworks to drive product vision and strategy. You will act as the bridge between business goals and technical execution, leading high-performing Scrum teams of developers, UI/UX designers, architects, and DevOps engineers to build world-class digital banking experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define the long-term digital roadmap and strategy. Conduct ROI analysis and develop compelling business cases to guide product investment.
• OKR & Performance Management: Establish and track product-level OKRs that align with organizational goals. Use evidence-based management to pivot or persevere based on real-world data.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key growth metrics, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Utilize Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel to optimize the user journey.
• Backlog & Sprint Management: Maintain a refined, prioritized product backlog. Lead essential Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Solution Architects, QA, and CX teams to ensure technical feasibility and a seamless customer experience across all digital channels.
• Stakeholder Influence: Communicate product progress and roadmaps to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment across the bank.

Requirements:

• Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile values (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP). Proficiency in user story mapping, relative estimation, and value-driven prioritization.
• Framework Mastery: Proven track record of implementing OKRs and Evidence-Based Management to drive product success.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: * Management: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
• Design/Whiteboarding: Figma, Miro, Product Vision Board.
• Analytics: Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics (SQL skills are a major plus).
• Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets to make informed product decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 3+ years in Technical Product Management, specifically within Digital Banking or Financial Services.
• Education/Certifications: Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
