Job Description:
- The Product Officer will manage the lifecycle of solar and inverter products, strengthen partnerships with distributors, financing partners, and grant organizations.
- The role involves driving product performance, ensuring excellent customer experience, and supporting data-driven decision-making across sales and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of solar and inverter products, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Oversee PayGo operations, sales tracking, and customer collections to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, financing partners, and grant organizations.
- Lead customer service activities to ensure timely issue resolution and excellent client experience.
- Analyze sales and operational data using tools like Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems to guide decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and marketing to enhance product visibility, pricing, and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI) for tracking performance and customer metrics.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management, customer service processes, and field operations coordination.
- Ability to interpret and analyze repayment, sales, and customer data for operational decisions.
- Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments (Sales, Engineering, Finance, Customer Care).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Management, or any related field.
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in the renewable energy sector, familiarity with PayGo models, solar products, or similar energy systems.
Salary
