Job Description:

• Pressure Management: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced catering environment.
• Budgeting Expertise: Strong skills in budgeting and cost control, essential for managing catering operations efficiently and profitably.
• Catering Operations Knowledge: In-depth understanding of catering operations and food service standards, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

• Industry Familiarity: Previous work experience in a similar industry, enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.
• Menu and Recipe Interpretation: Ability to understand and interpret menus and recipes, ensuring accurate food preparation and presentation.
• Multitasking Ability: Strong multitasking skills to achieve results within specified timelines, crucial for managing multiple catering events.
• Hygiene Standards Application: Knowledge of and adherence to catering hygiene standards, ensuring food safety and compliance with health regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree Requirement: Graduate with a BSc or HND Certificate in a relevant field, demonstrating foundational knowledge in catering and food service management.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of industrial catering experience, with a solid background in food service management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, facilitating effective interaction with team members and clients.
• Organizational Skills: High level of organization and attention to detail, essential for maintaining catering hygiene standards and service quality.
