We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling software.
  • Proactive Attitude: Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.

Requirements:

  • Communication Liaison: Acting as the gatekeeper and point of contact between the executive and clients, staff, or vendors.
  • Administrative Support: Drafting documents, reports, presentations, and managing filing systems.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organizing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring the, principal is prepared.
  • Personal Assistance: Running errands, organizing personal appointments, and handling private matters.
  • Diary & Inbox Management: Organizing meetings, appointments, and screening emails or phone calls to prioritize urgent matters.
  • Travel Coordination: Booking flights, accommodation, visas, and preparing detailed itineraries

Salary

N150,000 - N350,000 Per month.
