Qualis Business Support Services Limited - Our client, a Logistics firm located in Apapa, Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Support in negotiating rates and contracts with transporters
• Support with effective and timely delivery of customers goods
• Respond to and resolve complaints and problems very timely
• Ensure Goods arrive client’s destination in good conditions by monitoring transporters and their drivers
• Keep up-to-date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them
• Oversee the entire process of a shipment, from acquisition to delivery
• Correspond with clients, suppliers, warehouses, and transportation hubs to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:

• A Degree in Social Sciences or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years professional experience in established Haulage & logistics Firm with knowledge in ETO/TTP operating systems.
• In this role the officer is expected to support, plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation of client’s goods from port to destination
