Job Description:
- You would be the MD’s executive support across three departments:
Key Responsibilities
Media & Communications Support:
- Manage the MD’s public communication schedule (interviews, press, events)
- Draft emails, speeches, presentations and announcements
- Coordinate with marketing/PR teams and media partners
- Handle social media approvals and brand messaging
- Organize corporate events and publicity activities
HR Coordination:
- Schedule interviews and executive meetings with staff
- Support recruitment logistics and onboarding
- Prepare HR reports and internal memos
- Help coordinate trainings, appraisals, and staff engagement programs
- Maintain confidential employee records and documents
Real Estate / Property Management Support:
- Coordinate property meetings, site visits and documentation
- Assist with tenant/partner communications
- Prepare lease documents, reports and presentations
- Track project timelines and vendor engagements
- Manage appointments with agents, contractors and consultants
Core Executive Assistant Duties:
Across all departments you would:
- Manage MD’s calendar and travel plans
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes
- Follow up on tasks and projects
- Handle confidential correspondence
- Act as a liaison between the MD and teams/partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Business Administration, Mass Communication / Media Studies, Human Resource Management, Estate Management / Real Estate, Public Administration or related fields.
Professional Skills Required
Administrative & Executive Support:

- Basic knowledge of HR processes and policies

Real Estate / Project Coordination Skills:
- Property documentation and filing
- Vendor and stakeholder coordination
- Project follow-up and timeline tracking
- Basic understanding of property/lease documentation

Technical Requirements:
