Job Description:
- We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide executive support while driving creativity, structure, and growth across daily operations.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about organising tasks, creating engaging digital content, and supporting brand expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, reminders, and travel arrangements.
- Organise meetings, prepare briefs, and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines.
- Maintain digital files, documents, and work tools for seamless workflow.
Events Support:
- Assist with planning and execution of events, pop-ups, brand activations, and internal activities.
- Handle vendor research, bookings, logistics, and on-site coordination.
- Support event setup, content capture, guest management, and post-event reports.
Content Creation:
- Create simple, engaging content for social media (images, videos, reels, stories, etc.).
- Assist with scripting, brainstorming ideas, and capturing behind-the-scenes footage.
- Handle basic editing, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
- Support brand storytelling across digital platforms.
Growth Support:
- Research trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for brand visibility.
- Assist with email marketing, influencer outreach, partnerships, and customer engagement.
- Track performance metrics (content, events, and campaigns) to support decision-making.
- Contribute fresh ideas for improving processes and driving business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Basic content creation and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Experience supporting events, digital tasks, or brand activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
- Graphic design or video editing experience (advantage).
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
- Experience working with influencers or customer communities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
