Job Description:
We are seeking a high-integrity, logistics-savvy Partnership Inventory Dispatcher Officer to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our products within the state. This is not just a logistics role; it is a strategic partnership position. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products reach partnership branches efficiently, remain in peak condition, and translate into rapid sales and remittances.
You will act as the vital link between our central operations and our partner network. This requires a professional who can navigate route mapping for cost-effectiveness, negotiate with branch executives at union meetings, and maintain meticulous inventory records. If you are a disciplined leader with a valid driver’s license and a background in FMCG or Retail Sales, we want you to drive our mission forward.
Requirements:
1. Dispatch Strategy & Logistical Optimization
Route Mapping: Design disbursement strategies based on geographic mapping to minimize distribution costs and reduce lead times.
Product Integrity: Supervise the physical dispatch process to ensure all items arrive at branches in pristine condition.
Real-Time Tracking: Maintain a "live" view of all shipments, providing stakeholders with transparent status updates from dispatch to branch arrival.
2. Strategic Partnership & Sales Alignment
Primary Liaison: Serve as the face of the company for Branch Managers (BMs) and CSOs, ensuring they are fully stocked and sensitized to our product offerings.
Financial Oversight: Interface regularly with branches to ensure the speedy remittance of sales funds to the company’s account.
Union Engagement: Represent the organization at union meetings to advocate for our products and maintain a strong rapport with branch executives and "excos."
3. Inventory Governance & Technical Synergy
Stock Accountability: Conduct routine audits and reconciliations to ensure zero discrepancies between system records and physical branch stock.
Returns Management: Coordinate with the Engineering Department to ensure faulty or defective products are retrieved, repaired, and returned to the field without delay.
Data Intelligence: Maintain and update inventory databases, generating periodic reports on stock levels and partner performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in Partnership/Retail sales, inventory management, or logistics (FMCG sector preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting) and excellent route mapping knowledge.
Licensing: Must be a proficient driver with a valid driver’s license.
