Job Description:
- He or she will be saddled with the role of overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability, managing staff, and maintaining brand standards across multiple locations.
- Key duties will include managing inventory and costs,enforcing health and safety regulations,monitoring customer satisfaction, andimplementing operational strategiesto meet performance targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in operations management or a similar role, in a QSR or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial management.
- Ability to maintain and improve operational processes and implement best practices.
- Knowledge of human resources, inventory control, and quality assurance protocols.
