Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
Support various departments in daily operations and project execution.
Participate in training sessions to gain a deep understanding of the company’s outsourcing model and service standards.
Assist in maintaining professional correspondence with clients or internal teams.
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving to meet evolving business goals.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
Education: A minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field of study.
Communication: Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: The ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
Adaptability: A high degree of flexibility and the willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements and workflows.
