Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Operations & HR Manager to anchor our internal office environment and drive organizational discipline. In this role, you will be the primary custodian of the owner’s vision, ensuring that every department operates with absolute consistency and accountability. You will transition beyond traditional administration to become an "Enforcer of Excellence"—hiring top talent, architecting performance standards, and ensuring that our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are lived, not just documented. If you are a natural leader with the grit to handle sensitive HR matters and the strategic mind to optimize daily operations, we want you to lead our team.
Requirements:
1. Operational Leadership & SOP Governance
Daily Oversight: Supervise the operational rhythm of all office departments, ensuring a unified approach to productivity and professional conduct.
Process Integrity: Act as the "SOP Guardian," ensuring every employee understands and adheres to company policies. You will drive continuous process improvements to eliminate operational friction.
Escalation Management: Serve as the authoritative primary point of contact for all office-related matters, resolving bottlenecks with speed and precision.
2. Strategic HR & Talent Management
End-to-End Talent Lifecycle: Lead the strategy for hiring, onboarding, and structured training to ensure our team is equipped to meet performance benchmarks.
Performance Architecture: Track departmental KPIs and conduct rigorous performance reviews, identifying high-potential employees and addressing underperformance.
Accountability & Discipline: Handle sensitive HR matters—including disciplinary actions and terminations—with professionalism, legal compliance, and an unwavering commitment to company standards.
3. Culture & Accountability
Owner’s Representation: Act as the voice of leadership in the office, translating ownership goals into daily departmental behaviors.
Attendance & Conduct: Monitor and enforce standards for attendance, consistency, and workplace ethics to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven track record in Operations, HR, or People Leadership roles.
Communication: Absolute fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Leadership Grit: Demonstrated ability to enforce rules, handle conflict, and manage sensitive personnel issues with confidentiality.
Core Competencies
Organizational Mastery: Strong ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the fine details.
