HR Administration: Maintain impeccable employee records and manage the "mechanics" of HR—contracts, promotions, transfers, leave administration, and payroll inputs.
Regulatory Guardianship: Ensure 100% compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws and internal ethical standards. You will be the primary support for regulatory audits regarding personnel files.
3. Performance, Development & Employee Relations
Performance Governance: Coordinate periodic appraisals and track performance metrics to identify and close skills gaps.
Capacity Building: Support the delivery of technical and compliance training, measuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives on the factory floor.
Conflict Resolution: Manage grievances and disciplinary processes with fairness and consistency, fostering a workplace culture built on trust and professional excellence.
Policy Implementation: Help develop and enforce HR procedures, ensuring every staff member adheres to our code of conduct and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
