Job Description:
The Marketing & Partnerships Associate will help execute campaigns, manage everyday partnership tasks, and ensure our creative and promotional output reflects the mission of artistic excellence with social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating content for social media, newsletters, website updates, posters/flyers etc.
Help in research and outreach to prospective partners, sponsors, media contacts.
Maintain the partnership database and track progress of partnership agreements.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns: scheduling, monitoring, collecting feedback.
Assist with analytics: gather data on campaigns, social media, ticket sales, course enrolments etc., and produce reports.
Coordinate with operations, productions, and academy teams to ensure promotional materials and timelines are aligned.
Manage basic administrative tasks related to marketing or partnerships (e.g. follow-ups, scheduling, vendor coordination).
Monitor competitor and sector trends in arts & culture marketing to suggest ideas or improvements.
Requirements:
Strong writing and content-creation skills.
Familiarity with social media tools, content scheduling and basic analytics.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable with outreach and building relationships, following up with partners/sponsors.
Proactive attitude: able to take initiative but also able to receive guidance.
Flexible work hours when needed around events or launches.
Qualifications and Skills:
Certification or degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnership support, communications or related roles; arts/events experience is a bonus.
