Job Description:

We are seeking two proactive and results-driven Managers to join our team in Kado, Abuja. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading teams, and ensuring that our business objectives are met with efficiency and excellence. We are looking for candidates who possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to hit the ground running immediately.

Requirements:

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily business activities to ensure smooth workflows and consistent service delivery.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and mentor staff to foster a high-performance, collaborative working environment.

• Goal Achievement: Implement strategies to meet operational KPIs, sales targets, and organizational performance standards.

• Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve productivity.

• Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with partners and clients.

• Reporting: Prepare periodic performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of a University Degree (B.Sc./B.A.) in a relevant field.

• Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
